Mandie Jeske (Henne) was a member of the softball team from 2002-05 and was honored with three-consecutive team MVP awards in her first three seasons.

As a member of the inaugural softball team, the third baseman is still the all-time batting leader with a .430 average and holds the single-season record with her .529 mark in 2003. In her junior season she set single-season records with 51 hits and 28 RBIs as the team set the school record for victories (16).

Her 14-game hitting streak and 89 runs scored are still tops and she is tied for first with six career triples.

Mandie was honored with the Athletics Department's Virginia Wagner Award her senior year as she graduated with a degree in elementary education in 2005.
