Brad Duckworth received a master's degree in Business Administration from Alverno College in 2014. Duckworth served as Director of Athletics from 2007-2016  in addition to serving as Head Basketball and Golf Coach. Brad has the most wins in Alverno Basketball history. Brad hit his 100th career win in 2011. He has chaired multiple committees that include the NCAA National Women's Basketball Rules Committee, the NCAA Division III Women's Golf Central Regional chair. Brad worked with the WBCA Playing Rules Committee, several Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference committees and served on various Alverno College committees. Duckworth launched the women's tennis and women's golf programs. He fundraised and secured program facilities that allowed Alverno to become a competitive college program.

Duckworth currently serves as the Director of Athletics at UW-Stevens Point where he is currently in his eighth year. A native of Necedah, Wisconsin Duckworth completed his doctoral degree in Student Affairs Administration and Leadership from UW-La Crosse in May 2020; the title of Duckworth's dissertation is NCAA Division III Student Athlete's Perceptions of Title IX.  He received his bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a master's degree in Sport Administration from UW-La Crosse. Brad and Rebecca have one son, Bennett, and one daughter, Beau.
