Lindsey Haese (Terzis) is the all-time hits leader in Alverno softball history played from 2002-05 and became one of the first players to receive conference recognition as she was an All-Lake Michigan Conference honorable mention selection in her senior season when the team took third place in the 2005 LMC Tournament.

In addition to her 132 career hits, Lindsey is also the all-time leader in slugging percentage (.595), total bases (203), RBIs (87), doubles (38) and home runs (7), and shares the top spot in triples with six. Her primary position was left field, but she also made 19 pitching appearances where she recorded one of the program's 12 complete-game shutouts.

Lindsey graduated in 2005 with a degree in elementary education.
