Box Score MEQUON, Wis. – The Alverno soccer team was on the road on Saturday on Fitting Field as the Inferno visited the Concordia Wisconsin Falcons, dropping the match by a 10-0 score.

Kenzie Bermudez made a new career-high in save as the netminder stopped 28 shots, eclipsing the mark of 27 set on Wednesday afternoon at home against Benedictine.

The 28 saves for Bermudez, was the most for an Alverno goalkeeper since
Allison Weick '19 registered 30 saves on September 19, 2018 on the road against Dominican.

Concordia Wisconsin took 37 shots in the opening half, with Bermudez making 10 saves in the opening 45 minutes as the Falcons took a five-goal lead into the break. In the second half, the Falcons recorded 39 more shots, with Bermudez making 18 more saves.

The Falcons picked up eight corner kicks in the opening half, with another five in the second half for a 13-0 margin.

Alverno (2-4, 0-8 NACC) will be back at home for the next three contests, beginning with Concordia Chicago on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. on the Alverno Soccer Field. Following Concordia Chicago, the Lakeland Muskies and Mount Mary Blue Angels visit Alverno over the weekend.
