MILWAUKEE -- Alverno College lost its second straight Northern Athletics College Conference contest to visiting Edgewood College Wednesday evening at Alverno Field.

The Eagles (7-2, 3-0 NACC) scored three first-half goals en route to a 5-0 victory over the host Inferno (5-3, 1-2). Alverno was outshot 18-3 in the game, 11-2 on goal.

Andrea Binkley, Erin Rothwell and Annie Davison each fired off a shot for Alverno, while Allison Weick tallied five saves in net.

Next up is a crosstown trip to Milwaukee School of Engineering Saturday afternoon for the Red Rivalry Cup.
