MILWAUKEE -- Visiting Alverno College was shut out by Milwaukee School of Engineering, 4-0, Saturday afternoon at a rainy and wet Viets Field.

Goalkeeper Allison Weick and the Inferno defense stayed busy the entirety of the contest and limited the Raiders (7-2-1, 3-0 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference) to just a pair of goals each half -- impressive considering MSOE attempted 46 shots. Weick recorded a season-high 12 saves in the loss.

Nala Mudd fired off the lone Inferno (5-4, 1-3 NACC) shot of the afternoon.

Alverno returns home Wednesday to host Dominican University in another league contest. Kickoff is at 4 p.m. at Alverno Field.
