MADISON, Wis. -- Host Edgewood College topped Alverno College 10-0 in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference action Wednesday evening at Breese Stevens Field.

The Eagles (4-5, 1-2 NACC) scored quickly in the game's second minute, and put things out of reach of the Inferno (1-7, 0-3) with nine first-half goals.

Katelyn Bartlett registered 13 saves for her fifth straight game with double-digit stops at goal.

Next up for Alverno is a home game Saturday against crosstown foe Milwaukee School of Engineering at 2 p.m.
