AURORA, Ill. -- Alverno College dropped its Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference closer to host Aurora University Wednesday afternoon at Vago Field.

The Spartans (11-7, 7-3 NACC) scored 10 first-half goals en route to a 15-0 victory over the visiting Inferno (2-15, 0-10).

Allison Weick tallied nine saves in the first half, while Katelyn Bartlett registered six in the second half, as the duo split the game as goalkeeper for Alverno.

The Inferno closes out the 2015 campaign Friday at Mount Mary University in a nonconference contest.
