AURORA, Ill. -- The Alverno College soccer team lost to four-time defending Northern Athletics Conference champion Aurora University 11-0 today at Vago Field in Aurora, Ill.

The Inferno (7-10, 2-7 NAC) allowed five first half goals and six in the second period to the host Spartans (12-5-1, 9-0-1). Aurora outshot the Inferno 51-1, as sophomore Kelsey Kochanowski (Oak Creek, Wis.) managed the only attempt for the visitors.

Freshman goalkeeper Samantha Robinson (Pleasant Prairie, Wis./Tremper) recorded 20 saves in the loss.

The Inferno continue their road trip tomorrow in Madison, Wis., as they take on Edgewood College in a NAC game at 11 a.m.
