MILWAUKEE – For the second consecutive week the Alverno softball doubleheader against the Marian Sabres has been postponed due to field conditions caused by the rainfall in the Greater Milwaukee area over the past few days.
 
Alverno and Marian will look to reschedule their doubleheader at the next available opportunity for both teams. The Inferno are also still in the process of finding a mutual date to make up their doubleheader with MSOE.
 
Up Next on the schedule for Alverno will be the Lakeland Muskies on Saturday afternoon in Plymouth, Wis. at the Lakeland Softball Field. The team will travel to Concordia Chicago on Sunday afternoon. Both doubleheaders are scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m.
