LISLE, Ill. – The Alverno women's basketball team fell 102- 35 this afternoon to the hosting Eagles of Benedictine University inside the Rice Center.
The Inferno was led by
Gemini Ventura who finished with 20 points and seven rebounds.
Morgan Whitten finished with eight points and six rebounds.
Arlaysia Braggs finished with five points.
AnaCristina Rodriguez-Ross contributed two points.
Alverno finished the contest shooting 22% (11-of-50) from the floor. The team had a good game at the free throw line shooting 81.3% (13-of-16).
The team finished the contest with 30 rebounds and forced 11 turnovers. The Inferno capitalized on six points off of turnovers.
