CHICAGO, Ill. – The Alverno Soccer team traveled for a matchup against Illinois Tech at Stuart Soccer Field, falling to the host by a 10-0 score.
The Inferno put together their best-half of the season, as the Inferno held the Scarlet Hawks to just four goals in the first half while playing a stout defense.
Emily Anguiano her new season high with 19 saves on the match, as she played the entirety of the match.
Eight Inferno were credited with playing 90 minutes for the Inferno.
Alverno (0-5-0, 0-3-0) will look to regroup as they welcome Edgewood College to campus on Saturday, September 23 at 12 p.m.
