MILWAUKEE -- Saturday night's 3-0 sweep of host Mount Mary University added to Alverno College's school record wins total behind 44 kills and a .296 attack percentage, the second highest of the season.

The Inferno (9-6) rolled the Blue Angels (0-12) 25-9 in the first set and 25-8 in the second, before a closer 25-17 score in the final frame.

Emily Ortner led all with 11 kills at a .429 clip, Mariah Arterberry connected on .500 of her attacks for nine kills, while Cali Trepp added nine kills and Meranda Masse dished out 28 assists.

Danielle Schilawski led a trio of Inferno players with double-digit digs with 13, as Ortner added 12 and Trepp had 11. Schilawski also served up three aces in the Inferno's second-straight win.

Alverno begins a three-match homestand beginning Friday at 7 p.m. versus visiting Edgewood College.
