Kaitlin Pike serves as the Interim Head Athletic Trainer for Alverno Athletics, as she rejoined the department on an interim basis in the Spring of 2025. Previously, Pike served eight seasons as the department’s Assistant Athletic Director, concluding that role following the 2022-23 season.
As Athletic Trainer, Pike is responsible for overseeing the medical care of all of
Alverno’s student-athletes. In addition, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Training Room and any medical assistance a student-athlete may require.
Pike's role for Alverno in the past included serving as Assistant Athletic Director, where she coordinated
Alverno’s strength & conditioning program while also developing nutrition and wellness plans for student-athletes. Pike served Alverno in the college’s Kinesiology major, and also serves as a faculty advisor. She has also taught numerous classes while at the college.
In addition to her educational roles, Pike worked with the Athletics Leadership Academy and Alverno Athletics Life Skills Program, while also representing the athletics department on the college’s dining services and wellness committees.
She is American Heart Association Professional Rescuer CPR/AED certified, and is also a member of both the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (
NATA) and the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers’ Association (
WATA). She is a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Wisconsin; she is also a Board of Certification Certified Athletic Trainer and Athletic Trainer Clinical Instructor.
- Currently resides in New Berlin, Wisconsin, with her husband James and their three sons and one daughter
- Earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh
- Earned her Master’s Degree from Concordia University Wisconsin in Applied Exercise Science
