Skylar Czaplewski joins the Alverno volleyball coaching staff for his first season as assistant coach in 2022.
Czaplewski has collegiate coaching experience as a volunteer with the Division I Marquette Golden Eagles during the 2017 season. He also has high school experience at nearby Whitnall High School, where he was a girls varsity assistant in 2015. Most recently he serves as the boys varsity head coach at Whitnall from 2020-22, and also helped as a member of the coaching staff of New Berlin United, the unified team between New Berlin Eisenhower and New Berlin West high schools.
Away from his coaching experience at the collegiate and interscholastic levels, Czaplewski has also been a member of the Milwaukee Sting Volleyball program, which is one of the top club programs in the greater Milwaukee area. He has coached the 14 Silver, 13 White, 10 Gold, 11 Black, and 14 Goal levels on the girls side; and has experience with the 16 Black, 16 Adidas, 17 Lightning, 12 Lightning, and 16 Lightning levels.
Czaplewski graduated from Whitnall High School and still resides in the Milwaukee area.
