Alverno College

2021: Attended Alverno...did not play soccer for the team during the 2021 season...was a member of the Inferno volleyball and softball teams.

2020: Was one of just six players to start in all eight of the team’s contests for her junior season…made her season debut and played 78 minutes on the road against Lakeland (3/21)…played her first full match as she tallied 90 minutes played on the road against Wisconsin Lutheran (4/3)…played all 90 minutes in the regular season finale at home against Edgewood (4/18).
 
2019: Started and appeared in 13 contests for the Inferno during her sophomore season with the team…made her season debut and played all 90 minutes in the team’s opener against Principia (8/30)…played in the team’s win over Blackburn (8/31)…made her return from injury midway through the season and played 71 minutes versus Concordia Chicago (10/9)…took her first shot of the season in the team’s league matchup against Edgewood (10/23)…amassed a season-high five shots and recorded her first point of the season with an assist in the team’s conference win over Rockford (10/29).
 
2018: Was one of six players to start and appear in all 19 of the team’s games during her freshman season…played defense for the Inferno and was amongst the team leaders in minutes played…made her first collegiate appearance in the team’s opener against Iowa Wesleyan (9/2)…scored the first goal of her career on a shot in the team’s win over Eureka (9/7)…registered one shot at home against Finlandia (9/16)…also took solo shots in games against Lakeland (10/20) and Rockford (10/27).

High School: Graduated from Lake Park High School in Roselle, Illinois in 2018…played two and a half years of varsity soccer for the Lancers…helped the team to five victories as a senior…was a team captain for two seasons in high school and was the recipient of the Coach’s Award as a sophomore…also earned the Amanda Dombrowski Award as a senior…played club soccer for the Bloomingdale Lightning…was also involved in numerous organizations throughout high school including student council, Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, and National Technical Honor Society.

Personal: Daugher of Sara and Jesus Hernandez…has three siblings; Janice, Gabriel and Jesus…plans to graduate with a degree in Nursing while at Alverno…minoring in Spanish and English Interpretations…has career aspirations of becoming a nurse practitioner.
