Biography

2019-20: Was selected as a member of the NACC All-Conference Singles Team following the fall campaign…was one of three members of the team to compete in all 13 matches for the Inferno on the season…led the team with five victories with four of those coming in conference play in singles action…also led the team with four doubles wins with all of those coming against conference opponents…made her senior season debut against Carroll (8/30)…notched her first doubles win of the season against Lakeland (9/4)…registered her first singles win of the year with a 6-2, 6-1 decision over UW-Stevens Point (9/22)…added wins in both singles and doubles action during the team’s conference matchup at Wisconsin Lutheran (9/24)…picked up her third-straight singles win with a 6-3, 1-6, 11-9 win against Marian (9/28)…swept through both singles and doubles play to go 4-0 on the day in league play against Dominican and Concordia Chicago (10/5).

2018-19: Saw time in all 16 of the team’s matches during her junior season…posted a 7-8 win-loss record in the top singles slot and added another five wins in the top doubles position…made her season debut in the team’s opener against North Park (9/1)…secured her first singles win with a three-set winner over Wisconsin Lutheran (9/1)…added singles wins over MSOE (9/15) and Lawrence (9/22)…recorded her first doubles win of the season over UW-Stevens Point (9/22)…had four consecutive singles wins with victories over Beloit (9/30), Concordia Chicago (10/6), Dominican (10/6), and Aurora (10/13)…during that time she also picked up three doubles wins over Beloit (9/30), Concordia Chicago (10/6), and Dominican (10/6).
 
2017-18: Competed as the team’s top singles competitor and posted two singles wins and five doubles wins during her sophomore season…had her first win of the season come in doubles action against Lakeland (9/9)…secured a three-set conference win and also picked up a doubles victory against Concordia Chicago (9/16)…added another three-set singles win and a doubles win over non-conference Ripon (9/23)…added two more conference doubles victories over Wisconsin Lutheran (9/30), and Dominican (10/7).
 
2016-17: Appeared in all 23 of the team’s matches during her freshman season with the Inferno…posted a 12-11 record in singles competition as she was third on the team in singles victories…was also 11-14 in doubles action with all 11 of those wins coming in the second doubles pairing…made her collegiate debut and picked up the first singles win of her career with a 6-2, 1-6, 10-5 win over Judson (9/2)…swept her first collegiate day with a singles and a doubles win over Ripon (9/3)…notched her first conference singles and doubles wins over Lakeland (9/10)…won back-to-back singles matches against Concordia Chicago (9/17) and Bethany Lutheran (9/24)…earned four consecutive singles wins over Westminster (Mo.) (10/2), Wisconsin Lutheran (10/6), Aurora (10/8), and Dominican (10/8)…had a pair of spring wins over non-conference North Park (4/30), and a NACC postseason singles and doubles win over MSOE (5/2).
 
High School: Graduated from Los Alamos High School in Los Alamos, New Mexico in 2016…played four seasons of tennis for the Hilltoppers…was a part of four state-qualifying teams throughout high school as the team won District 2-AAAA Championships each of her four seasons with the team…was selected for the 2016 New Mexico High School Coaches Association All-Star team as a senior…was also a team-captain as a senior…had 63 individual wins throughout her high school career.

Personal: Daughter of Joan and Francis Alexander…has a younger sister; Monica…is double-majoring in History and Secondary Education…plans to become a middle school or high school history teacher upon graduation.
