MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Alverno women's basketball team fell 90- 75 this evening to the visiting Raiders of Marian University inside Reiman Gymnasium.
The Inferno was led by
Gemini Ventura who finished with 26 points and two rebounds.
Arlaysia Braggs finished with another double-double performance with 21 points and 13 rebounds.
Jasmine James finished with 14 points.
AnaCristina Rodriguez-Ross contributed 11 points and five rebounds.
Alverno finished the contest shooting 28.3% (13-of-46) from the floor. The team had a good game at the free throw line shooting 72.2% (13-of-18).
The team finished the contest with 30 rebounds and forced 16 turnovers. The Inferno capitalized on 10 points off of turnovers.
