MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Alverno women's basketball team fell 75- 57 this evening to the visiting Regents of Rockford University in Reiman Gymnasium.
The Inferno was led by
Gemini Ventura and
Shiauna Nixon-Boyd who finished with 17 points each respectively.
Arlaysia Braggs contributed 13 points and seven rebounds.
Kyla Jamerson added six points and five rebounds.
Jasmine James finished with four points.
Alverno finished the contest shooting 34% (18-of-53) from the floor. The team had a good game at the free throw line shooting 73.1% (19-of-26).
The team finished the contest with 36 rebounds and forced 14 turnovers. The Inferno capitalized on 12 points off of turnovers.
