Alverno College

For the a second consecutive week, Alverno College basketball student-athlete Karli Selear has been named Alverno Athlete of the Week for events of Dec. 12-18.

The Franklin, Wis. native scored 20 points against Maranatha on Thursday, Dec. 14. Selear was three points away from tying her career best set the previous week. The junior found great success from the charity stripe going 8-11 and also grabbed five steals and six rebounds.

Alverno College travels to St. Petersburg, Fla. for the St. Pete Classic with the first game set to tip-off against Ohio Wesleyan on Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 5 p.m.
