Freshman Cora Younk led Alverno with a pair of RBIs last week, as the freshman connected on a two-run single in the opening game of the team's conference doubleheader agaisnt Mariain on Saturday.

Younk inside-outed the ball to right field allowing two runs to score. Younk had two hits on the week in seven at bats, while hitting .286 to up her season batting average and giving her four hits on the year.
