Senior Angela Chobanian helped propel the Alverno soccer team to its second consecutive win to open the season during the team's home opener on Wednesday against Mount Mary.

During the matchup against the Blue Angels, Chobanian netted a pair of goals as she took four shots, and played all 90 minutes for the Inferno during the team's lone contest of the week.

For Chobanian, she now has seven career goals, to go along with eight assists to give her 22 career points in 48 career appearances. She now leads the team in goals and points, and is amongst the team leaders in shot percentage and shot on goal percentage.
