Freshman Rolin West had an impressive start to her collegiate career, totallying 20 kills in her debut in the team's five-set victory over the Mount Mary Blue Angels.
To add to her prowess, West tallied a program-record 28 kills in the team's five-set marathon two days later against Beloit. West broke the program mark, that had been previously held by Emily Ortner, who had 27 kills during the 2013 season against the Marian Sabres in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
West capped off her week with 13 more kills in the team's four-set match on the road against Beloit, giving her 61 kills in her first three matches to go along with 10 service aces, 57 digs, four assists, and a block.
