Junior Alicia Hornbuckle helped Alverno to a 1-1 week as she averaged 15 points a game and 8.5 rebounds a game in the team's loss to Edgewood on Tuesday and win over Rockford on Saturday.

Hornbuckle added two assists in each of her games this week, while also adding one steal (Tuesday) and one block (Saturday). She is currently third on the team in field goals made (58), and second on the team in free throws made (40). Hornbuckle is also second in rebounding (77), and in assists with 45.
