Senior Mackenzie Mathies averaged 22 points a game over Alverno's 1-1 week, including a conference win over Marian on Saturday afternoon in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

In the team's win over Marian, Mathies scored a season-high 27 points, one shy of her career high of 28 that was set a season ago, also at Marian. With her effort on the week she has now amassed over 900 points for her career. She tied her season-high with 11 rebounds against Marian, tying her season high while also tallying a season-best three assists in the win.
