Senior Justice Hawkins had a near triple-double in Alverno's conference opener on Saturday afternoon at Illinois Tech.

Hawkins had 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting, while also adding a team-best 12 rebounds on the afternoon for her first double-double of the season. She was near completion of the triple-double as she had a team-best seven assists on the game. Hawkins also added a block in the team's 68-40 victory over the Scarlet Hawks.
