Alverno College golf student-athlete Alaina Chenow has been named Alverno Athlete of the Week for events of September 26-Oct 2.

The Junior from Greendale, Wis. improved her score throughout the NACC Championship event held over the weekend. Chenow started Friday posting a 167 improving her score the following day by 21 strokes. She concluded the event scoring nine strokes higher than the previous day. The 137 posted on the final day was one of her lowest rounds of the 2017 season. 

The NACC Championship signified the final match for the Inferno golf team of 2017.
