MILWAUKEE -- The Northern Athletics Conference released the awards for the 2011 women's volleyball season this morning and Alverno College's Reagan Owen (Salina, Kan./Central) was named to the All-NAC Second Team.
Additionally, she was selected as the Alverno representative to the All-Sportsmanship Team. The NAC All-Sportsmanship Team included one member from each school that was chosen based on the principles of sportsmanship as promoted by the NAC and NCAA.
"I am very proud of Reagan," Alverno head coach Paul Lawson said. "She led two very important parts of our game -- our serve-receive pattern and our defensive pattern -- and I'm blessed to have her play for Alverno."
MILWAUKEE -- Volleyball student-athlete Reagan Owen (Salina, Kan./Central) has been named Alverno Athlete of the Week for events that took place from October 24-30.
LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Alverno volleyball team concluded its 2011 season at the Lake Forest Triangular today at the Sports and Recreation Center in Lake Forest.
