Boyle comes to Alverno after spending the previous year as an Athletic Communications Assistant at Marian University of Wisconsin. While at Marian, Boyle was the Executive Producer of the Marian Sports Network and contact for both men’s and women’s basketball.
In addition to his communication duties, Boyle also conducted interviews with players and coaches along with creating promotional videos for each sport. Boyle also helped with providing stats for basketball.
In the summer of 2017, Boyle took an internship with the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders of the Northwoods League to further expand his knowledge of web streaming and video production. During the season, Boyle was in charge of streaming all Dock Spider home events as well as video promotions for specific events.
Prior to his work at Marian, Boyle was an Athletic Communications Assistant at Northwestern Oklahoma State in Alva, Okla in 2015. Boyle was in charge of all video promotions and interviews while being the primary contact for women’s volleyball.
During his stint at NWOSU, Boyle served as the primary media and communications contact for women's soccer, women's basketball, men's basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, and women's and men's rodeo. He also assisted with the communications efforts for the remainder of NWOSU's teams, including in assisting in managing all NWOSU social media outlets.
The Fond du Lac, Wisconsin native graduated from Marian University of Wisconsin in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. During his school years at Marian, Boyle worked closely with the Athletic Department spending three years as a soccer manager for the men’s program and an Athletic Communications Intern for two years.
