MILWAUKEE -- After 10 seasons of intercollegiate competition, Alverno College will recognize and continue to recognize outstanding student-athletes and supporters of the program with the Alverno College Athletics Hall of Fame. The Alverno College Athletics Hall of Fame welcomes three outstanding student-athletes and three supporting Trailblazers in the charter class of inductees.
Soccer standout Alexandra Salisbury ('08) and softball sluggers from the 2005 class, Amanda Jeske (Henne) and Lindsey Haese (Terzis), become charter members of the Hall of Fame. Virginia Wagner and Roy and Bobbi Reiman will be inducted into the 'Trailblazers Club' of the Hall as supporters of Inferno Athletics.
All six will be inducted on Saturday, October 9, at the Hall of Fame luncheon and awards ceremony in the Alverno College Conference Center during Homecoming weekend, followed by recognition at halftime of the Inferno's home soccer game which kicks off at 2 p.m.
Alexandra Salisbury
Soccer
Inaugural Induction Class of 2010
Alexandra played for the soccer team from 2004-07, and ranks among the team's all-time leaders in several categories. Upon graduation she ranked first in points (81), goals (39) and game-winning goals (6) and is one of only two Inferno players to record at least six hat tricks in their career. In her freshman season in 2004, she became one of the first Alverno players to receive conference recognition as she was a Lake Michigan Conference Player of the Week, an honorable mention All-LMC selection and named to the LMC All-Rookie Team. She was also an honorable mention All-LMC selection in 2005 and received two more weekly conference laurels in her career. Alexandra was also a team MVP (2004) and was honored with the Athletics Department's Virginia Wagner Award at the conclusion of the 2007-08 academic year. Also a member of the basketball team for four seasons, she graduated in 2008 with a degree in marketing and business management.
Lindsey Haese (Terzis)
Softball

The all-time hits leader in Alverno softball history played from 2002-05 and became one of the first players to receive conference recognition as she was an All-Lake Michigan Conference honorable mention selection in her senior season when the team took third place in the 2005 LMC Tournament. In addition to her 132 career hits, Lindsey is also the all-time leader in slugging percentage (.595), total bases (203), RBIs (87), doubles (38) and home runs (7), and shares the top spot in triples with six. Her primary position was left field, but she also made 19 pitching appearances where she recorded one of the program's 12 complete-game shutouts. Lindsey graduated in 2005 with a degree in elementary education.
Mandie Jeske (Henne)
Softball
Inaugural Induction Class of 2010
Mandie was a member of the softball team from 2002-05 and was honored with three-consecutive team MVP awards in her first three seasons. As a member of the inaugural softball team, the third baseman is still the all-time batting leader with a .430 average and holds the single-season record with her .529 mark in 2003. In her junior season she set single-season records with 51 hits and 28 RBIs as the team set the school record for victories (16). Her 14-game hitting streak and 89 runs scored are still tops and she is tied for first with six career triples. Mandie was honored with the Athletics Department's Virginia Wagner Award her senior year as she graduated with a degree in elementary education in 2005.

Virginia is the Associate Vice President for Student Services and one of the founding supporters of the intercollegiate athletics program at Alverno. She was instrumental in the research and proposals that led to the establishment of the athletics department and intercollegiate programs in 2000. In 2004 the Athletics Department created the Virginia Wagner Award, which is presented annually to a student-athlete whose commitment, leadership, and community service made a positive impact on the Alverno College campus. Virginia is an alumna of Alverno and received her bachelor's degree in education in 1969.

The Reimans have been longtime supporters of Alverno College initiatives, including the Inferno Athletics programs. They have great admiration for the college and recognize that athletics adds to the Alverno experience. Roy demonstrates his commitment by his current service as a volunteer member of Alverno College's Board of Trustees and is co-chairing the inaugural Alverno Athletics Golf Outing. In 2006, Bobbi became the 21st recipient in the history of the college to receive an honorary doctorate degree.
