Faculty Scholar-Athlete Award

The Faculty Scholar-Athlete Award is given to student-athletes for their success in athletics, consistent academic excellence, and additional service contributions to the college or community at large.

Alverno Athlete of the Week

Kochanowski
Kelsey Kochanowski

Kochanowski set a single-game school record and had a game-winning double-overtime goal as the Inferno went 2-0 on the week. In a 6-0 win over Mt. Mary, Kochanowski scored the first five goals of the game and assisted on the final one for 11 total points, breaking the previous single-game record of 10. On Saturday in a 2-1 double-overtime win at North Central (Minn.) she knocked in the game winner in the 109th minute for the victory.
